Storm Warriors II - *spoiler alert*
This movie feels kinda like a rushed job.
First of all, I noticed a number of 'famous' actor/actresses being used in this film.
However only two or so have enough lines to keep you awake.
The rest, repeat the words: "Brother Wind" , "Brother Cloud".
The most famous line of the entire movie is: "..."
They sure make Squall proud.
Best of all is the bad guy and his son. I came in late so i missed on the explanation on how he came about. Apparently, he's some Japanese invader...

I think they just threw him in there so Wind has a reason to turn bad. The guy was practically a punching bag which died early in the movie. His son (tse) lives on with the sole purpose of breaking the 'dragon bone' which strangely...is the backbone of some old king who rotted sitting upright.
I think what they were implying is the fact that chinese ppl are called the dragon's descendant and therefore the spine of the first emperor (first dragon??) was named such.
This so called dragon bone eventually gave Wind a 'plus 10 to all stats'.
I mentioned plagarism in the above. But since it's a new movie, it's kinda hard to find screenshots for comparison.
But if you will be watching it, see if you can find the following:
1. Sephiroth Lookalike
2. A Squall Scar
3. 300 the movie scenes
4. FF13 versus battle scene
Let me know if you found more. =)
But you know what, all in all...I stayed awake throughout and i think it's not that all bad. I personally think the wallpaper collection would be far more interesting than the movie itself. Really impressive Cg-ing and poses. Good for Wallpapers.
And I liked the Evil Whispering Wind (Ekin Cheng).

Today is the beginning of my new life...
I am thankful for everything that has happened to me thus far.
I am thankful for being loved, supported, blessed...
I am thankful for every little happiness in my life.
To the friends I owe gratitude to...who still watches over me.
I've had setbacks...I got delayed...but now, I'll run even faster to make up for it.
I'll be where everyone is.
For I am freed.
